Dorota Konior has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at URSA since April 2019, where responsibilities include creating and implementing HR strategies, managing employee development and training policies, and overseeing HR and payroll departments. Prior to URSA, Dorota held the position of HR Managing Director at Awbud S.A. from July 2012 to April 2019, and also served as a Human Resources Manager at Virtu Sp. z O.O. from March 2009 to June 2012. Dorota began the HR career at ING and MAKRO Cash and Carry Polska S.A. and has a strong educational background, including an Executive MBA in HR Management.
