Michel Dessolain

Michel Dessolain is a member of the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Supervisory Board and Audit Committee since May 11, 2022.

Mr Dessolain is a Managing Director of Sydes (Belgium).

Mr Dessolain joined Unibail in 1997 as General Manager of the Shopping Centre Division, then became Chief Operating Officer following the merger with Rodamco in 2007. He was appointed to the Unibail-Rodamco SE Management Board from 2007 to 2012 as Chief Strategy Officer and Co-CEO of Mfi AG (Unibail-Rodamco’s German subsidiary) from 2011 to 2015, then as Managing Director of the Convention & Exhibition business of Unibail-Rodamco from 2015 to 2018 and Group Chief Operating Officer Europe from 2018 to 2021. He was formerly Special Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE from 2021 to March 31, 2022.
