Jasneet Bains Heyward is a seasoned professional in environmental public health and urban planning, currently serving as a Special Advisor for Implementation at the US Environmental Protection Agency since August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at the Prevention Institute, where significant contributions involved training, grant management, and community support focused on equitable land use and environmental justice. Previous roles at UCLA included Graduate Student Researcher positions at both the Institute of Transportation Studies and the Center for Health Advancement, where Jasneet contributed to important research on transit planning and community health impacts.
