With extensive experience in event planning, artist representation, and audio engineering, Josh has successfully managed over 60 events, showcased as an artist at notable festivals like Firefly Music Festival, and served as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor with Crisis Text Line, effectively de-escalating over 100 crisis situations. Josh has held leadership roles in organizations such as the Maryland Music Business Society and possesses a robust educational background with degrees in Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
