Vcs Sreedhar has extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership within the IT sector, currently serving as a Team Lead at US Tech Solutions INC since October 2015, overseeing a team of four and managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Prior to this role, Vcs held the position of Team Lead at Vel Consultancy Services INC from July 2011 to September 2015, where responsibilities included full-cycle recruiting and leading a team of five Technical Recruiters.
