Vik Rajput

Vik Rajput has a diversified work experience spanning over two decades. Vik began their career as a Sales Support Specialist at cybersysindia in 2001 and then moved on to work as a Sr Associate in US Customer Support/Up Selling at Convergys. In 2004, they joined TeleTech as a Subject Matter Expert in US Customer Support, specializing in Online Shopping. In 2005, they became a Team Leader at HCL BPO, managing the British Telecom Blended Process. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Floor Supervisor at HireRight in US Background Screening. In 2010, they joined Artech Infosystems Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager in US HR, focusing on Background Screening. In 2012, they joined US Tech Solutions as a Team Lead in Recruitment, gradually rising through the ranks to become the Vice President of Delivery, accountable for delivering metrics and driving profitability for strategic accounts. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in staffing, recruitment, and client relationship management.

Vik Rajput's education history includes an EMBA and PGD in HR from MIT and ADTU in 2013-2014. Vik obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from Assam Down Town University during the same period. In 2013-2014, Vik also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they received a Certification in MS Office, VB, HTML, DHTML, C, C++, and Web Designing from Aptech Computer Education in 2000-2001. In 1999-2001, Vik earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Additionally, as of 2023, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Business Strategy, Talent Management, and Lean Six Sigma, among others.
