Aaron Lavergne has a diverse work experience in the field service and operations management. Aaron started their career as a Field Service Technician at Louisiana Caterpillar in 2006 and worked there till 2012. Aaron then joined CDM Resource Management LLC and held various roles including Field Service Technician, Area Superintendent, and Area Service Manager from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they joined USA Compression as a Field Service Technician and later became the Director of Operations. Aaron also had a brief stint as a Service Manager at Compressed Air Systems in 2021. Currently, Aaron serves as the Director of Operations at USA Compression since June 2023.
Aaron Lavergne attended Louisiana Technical College from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician.

USA Compression Partners LP (NYSE: USAC), based in Austin, TX, completed its IPO in January 2013. Founded in 1998, USAC is a growth-oriented MLP that is one of the largest U.S. independent providers of natural gas compression, based on total fleet horsepower of nearly 4 million as of August 2018. USAC operates an infrastructure-oriented asset base that generates stable cash flows underpinned by high utilization rates. USAC provides compression services to the midstream energy sector, primarily in the shales and unconventional resource plays, which have lower producing pressures than conventional reservoirs and where demand is about three times that in conventional areas.
