Gabe Lacques is a seasoned sports journalist with over eleven years of experience in Southern California. Currently serving as a Sports Reporter and Sports Assignment Editor at USA TODAY since August 2005, Gabe previously worked as a Beat Reporter for the Los Angeles Newspaper Group, where coverage focused on the Los Angeles Angels for a significant suburban audience. Gabe holds a B.A. in Journalism from California State University, Fullerton, and is a graduate of Aptos High School.
