USA Triathlon
Tim Yount has extensive work experience in USA Triathlon. Tim started in 1989 as the Championship and Team USA Coordinator, and then became the Assistant Executive Director in 1993. Tim held this position until 2004. In 2005, they took on the role of SVP, Marketing and Communications, and in 2010, they became the Chief Operating Officer. Currently, they are the Chief Sport Development Officer.
Tim Yount earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University. Tim studied at the university from 1983 to 1987.

USA Triathlon is proud to serve as the National Governing Body for triathlon, as well as duathlon, aquathlon, aquabike, winter triathlon, off-road triathlon and paratriathlon in the United States.
