Sherry Jordan

Sherry Jordan is an experienced corporate secretary and legal operations manager with a robust background in compliance, contract negotiation, and governance. Currently serving as Corporate Secretary for six DB Schenker - USA Truck entities, Sherry oversees corporate records and board communications while advising on governance matters. Prior to this role, Sherry held positions at USA Truck, Inc., advancing from Manager to Senior Manager in Contracts and Compliance, where responsibility included legal expertise, project management, and strategic decision-making. Additional experience includes Contract Administration at BNSF Logistics and auditing roles at Southwestern Energy. Sherry holds an MBA from John Brown University and multiple degrees in History, Business Administration, and Mathematics from the University of Arkansas, Buena Vista University, and Elsworth Community College.
