Holley Huang

Holley Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and data management within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Analytics for Real Estate Lending at USAA since April 2012, Holley focuses on leveraging analytics to enhance production volume and streamline operational processes across various domains, including business performance and sales funnel analytics. Previous roles encompass positions such as AVP - CFO Business Data & Analytics and Executive Director - CFO Data & Analytics, where Holley successfully developed data strategies and managed information governance and delivery functions. Prior to USAA, Holley held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing risk management and portfolio management, and worked as a consultant at Sogeti Cap Gemini. Holley holds a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics, along with dual MBA and MS degrees in Management Information Systems.
