Rob Braggs

Rob Braggs is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in the financial and insurance sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of P&C Distribution & Service at USAA since September 2009. Rob oversees a large organization, focusing on evolving the business model and enhancing member experience across Auto and Property Insurance products. Previous roles at USAA include Vice President of various service experience and claims positions, where Rob was responsible for strategy and management initiatives that delivered exceptional member experiences. Prior to USAA, Rob held significant positions at Fisher Investments, Smith Barney, and GE in operations and financial services, and served as a Major in the US Army. Rob holds an MBA from Indiana University, completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, and earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
