Wendy Salmon

Wendy Salmon is a seasoned executive in total rewards and compensation with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at USAA since January 2019, Wendy previously held the position of Vice President at Marathon Petroleum Corporation from July 2017 to October 2018, overseeing total rewards following the company's acquisition of Andeavor. Prior to that, Wendy held multiple leadership roles at Brady Corporation from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities included global compensation and benefits across 35 countries. Wendy also served as Vice President at Fiserv, managing compensation and benefit functions for a large workforce and previously worked as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Hewitt Associates, advising senior management on executive compensation strategies. Wendy's career began at Northwestern Mutual Life as a licensed insurance agent. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
