Previously, Douglas held various leadership roles at LITMUS, LLC, including VP of Special Projects and VP of Operations, where responsibilities included guiding technological operations and maximizing growth in the food safety sector. Early in the career, Douglas gained experience as a Business Operations Analyst at Nuvell and in various roles at Nuvell Financial Services and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Douglas holds a Master's degree in Education from Southwestern Baptist and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Ouachita Baptist University.
