James Moore has extensive work experience in the technology industry. James began their career in 1996 as an E5 Navy Information Systems Technician in the US Navy, where they served until 2001. In 2001, they joined USAN, Inc. as a Network Engineer and Supervisor in the Network Management Center. James later moved up to become the Manager of Third Level Support in 2007 and then the Director of Platform Operations in 2010. In 2015, James was promoted to Vice President of Platform Operations at USAN, Inc., a position they currently hold.
James Moore holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology and Database Development from Kaplan University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
