Prior to this, James served as Chief Operating Officer at Sonar Safety Systems, Inc. from 1997 to 2000 and held the position of Business Director at ICI from 1976 to 1996. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, earned between 1972 and 1976.
