Margaret Wilson

Margaret Wilson is an accomplished Senior Operations Manager with extensive experience in business project and process improvement, currently serving at USC Consulting Group since 1999. In this role, Margaret collaborates with client leaders to enhance business performance through various methodologies, including Six Sigma and Lean Operations. Additionally, Margaret has a distinguished career with the US Army, serving as an Engineer Officer and Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic since 1985, currently holding the position of Shop Foreman where responsibilities include overseeing maintenance for a fleet of over 100 vehicles and managing a team of soldiers.
