Asta Diabaté

Asta Diabaté is a seasoned professional in the health and investment sectors, currently serving as a member of the Open Innovation team at Novo Nordisk, focusing on digital health collaboration in the UK and EU. Diabaté co-founded the Obuntu Foundation, dedicated to fostering African-focused fund managers and promoting inclusive returns for the continent. Additional roles include mentoring at FemTech Lab and serving as an angel investor for multiple ventures. Diabaté has extensive experience with On Deck, including positions as a health fellow and catalyst fellow, and has contributed as a freelance writer. Academic credentials include a BA in History and Politics from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po.
