Caglar Icer

Caglar Icer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and predictive analytics, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Insider since March 2015. At Insider, Caglar has held multiple roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Predictive Business Unit, Product Manager for Predictive Analytics, and Head of Business Intelligence, contributing to the development of a cutting-edge predictive marketing and personalization platform. Prior experience includes a role as Business Intelligence Analyst and Media Planner at MediaCom, a Search Specialist, and a project member at Unilever, where Caglar analyzed value chains for home care products. Caglar's earlier career featured internships at Finansbank, ICRON Technologies, and Philips, along with tutoring responsibilities in high school subjects. Caglar holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University, complemented by an Erasmus program at Darmstadt Technical University and a secondary education diploma from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi.
