Fernando Catto

Fernando Catto is currently the Advocacy & Team Leader for BDRs Brazil at Insider, where responsibilities include promoting team achievements and attracting top talent. Previously, Fernando served as a Business Development professional focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in the MarTech/Marketing Cloud sectors. At Thales Group, Fernando held the position of Sales Account Manager, overseeing a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients with significant project value, and facilitated the sale of EMV bank cards and digital solutions. Additionally, Fernando worked as a Specialist in Economic and Sectorial Analysis at CEEC - ESPM's Economy & Markets Center. Fernando is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
