Vanessa Velarde Chacin

Vanessa Velarde Chacin currently serves as the Integrations & Operations Team Lead and Integrations Manager at Userguest since December 2023. Previously, Vanessa held multiple roles at Hosco from October 2018 to December 2023, including Project Manager in Commercial Operations, where responsibilities included defining departmental roadmaps and enhancing Customer Experience journeys, as well as Customer Success Operations Manager, focusing on the execution of operational roadmaps and ATS Integrations strategy. In the role of Industry Relations Manager for South Europe, Vanessa managed a portfolio of over 120 hospitality businesses, emphasizing onboarding, training, and relationship building. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Coordinator and Convention Services at W Barcelona, and Food and Beverage at Radisson Blu. Vanessa holds a Bachelor in International Hotel Management with Honors & Distinction from Les Roches and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the American International School of Zagreb.
