Terrence Post is an accomplished leader in customer support, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Support at UserTesting since January 2014. Under Terrence's leadership, the Global Support organization has achieved numerous accolades, including multiple Stevie Awards for Best Front-line Support. Terrence has also held various positions at UserTesting, contributing to the establishment of the Customer Education team and the UserTesting University training portal, as well as founding the Professional Services PMO team. Earlier in the career, Terrence gained experience in the legal field through roles with the Northern California Innocence Project and the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center.
