Mina Choe

Mina Choe is an experienced professional in people operations and workplace management, currently serving as the People Operations Lead at Speak since June 2024. Previously, Mina held the position of People Operations Manager at Middesk, where the focus was on establishing and scaling HR and Workplace Experience infrastructure. At Elementl, Mina was the first hire for the People Team and implemented a comprehensive people and workplace strategy. Prior roles include Manager of Workplace Experience at Thumbtack, where Mina successfully scaled employee engagement programs, and Operations Manager at SMS Financial, leading to profitability within a year. The career began as a Program Manager at The Princeton Review in Korea. Mina Choe holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
