Jan Alexandr Janicek

Jan Alexandr Janicek is an experienced professional in product strategy and user experience, currently working at Usetiful since January 2018. Jan excels in defining product strategy and crafting solutions that enhance digital adoption and user experience. Additionally, Jan serves as a Co-Founder and Board Member, leveraging design and front-end development skills for comprehensive solutions. Jan has held senior design roles at Heureka Group and Avast, focusing on user experience for internal users and customer retention, respectively. With a background spanning over 15 years in product design, UI development, and customer success, Jan has contributed to numerous projects, including leading the development of YSoft GLUE, a design system for Y Soft products. Jan's educational credentials include Bachelor's degrees in Applied Informatics and Czech Philology from Palacký University in Olomouc, complemented by a certification in User Experience & Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Foundation.
