Justin Dugas

Justin Dugas, CSP, serves as the Global Director of Employee Health and Safety at Knauf since July 2021. Dugas has extensive experience at USG, where a career spanning over two decades includes roles such as Global Director of Employee Safety and Health, Senior Director of Safety and HR Operations, and Safety Manager. Previous HR responsibilities took place across various facilities, including Westlake, Avon, Empire, and Chicago. Additionally, Justin Dugas contributes to the Campbell Institute at the National Safety Council as Research Subcommittee Chair and Steering Committee Member. Dugas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University, attained in 2000.
