Yvette Ford

Yvette Ford is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in managing QA processes across various industries. Currently serving as QA Manager at USG since September 2021, Yvette previously held the position of QA Manager at Camelot Illinois from April 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Yvette worked as a Senior QA Manager Consultant and then as a Senior QA Manager at BMO Harris Bank from 2013 to 2018. Yvette's expertise includes creating test strategies, managing user acceptance and performance testing, defect management, and test case development. Earlier in the career, Yvette served as QA Lead and Technical Project Manager at Wells Fargo from January 2012 to 2015. Yvette holds a Master of Information Systems Management degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and completed undergraduate studies at Northern Illinois University.
