Ben Ortiz is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer communications. Currently serving as the National Digital Marketing Operations Manager at USI Insurance Services, Ben has previously held several key positions at Wheels Up, including Director of Customer Communications and Senior Manager roles in Marketing Automation & Sales Operations and Communication Strategy & Automation. Ben began a career in digital marketing as a Digital Marketing Associate at Internet Creations and has foundational experience as a Customer Service Representative at TD. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Marist College, graduating in 2011.
