Mickey Webb

Mickey Webb serves as the Chief Experience Officer at FNIC Trusted Insurance Advisors since April 2022 and has held the position of COO for USI Insurance Services since July 2020. Previously, Mickey worked at Associated Bank from March 2008 to July 2020 as the Director of Strategy for Private Client & Institutional Services and COO for ABRC. Additionally, Mickey was the Chief Operating Officer at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting from May 1997 to July 2020. Mickey's expertise includes strategic leadership in communication, reporting, analytics, marketing, HR solutions, project management, and operational support services. Mickey holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned between 1989 and 1991.
