Steven Pothoven

Steven Pothoven is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in software architecture and development. Currently serving as the Manager, Solutions Architect at USIC since May 2019, Steven has led the creation of scalable software solutions, including innovative web-based applications and modern tech stacks utilizing Angular, Java API, and Docker/Kubernetes. Prior to USIC, Steven was the Lead Developer/Architect at InTouch GPS, where a fleet management reporting platform was developed, and co-founded Agile Nomads, focusing on Ruby on Rails development. Additionally, Steven has an extensive tenure at IBM, where roles ranged from Lead Architect to Advisory IT Architect, overseeing significant projects in cloud technologies and business analytics. Steven holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Calvin University.
