Regina Cromwell

Regina Cromwell, CCEP, serves as the Senior Global Manager of Environmental Health and Safety at United States Pharmacopeia (USP) since June 2012. In this role, Regina acts as a liaison among key parties to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental laws while spearheading the global environment, health, and safety (EHS) program and compliance strategies. Responsibilities include evaluating workplace incidents, supporting the vice president of Global Compliance and Ethics, and overseeing EHS auditing programs. Prior to USP, Regina held the position of Environmental Health and Safety Manager, collaborating closely with legal teams to adhere to OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. Regina also served as Senior Manager of Environmental, Health Safety, and Support at AVANZA Laboratories from January 2008 to May 2012, focusing on strategic oversight of multiple departments and compliance training. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from North Carolina Central University.
