Donita Fleming serves as a market president for USPI, responsible for operations in Dallas/Fort Worth. She also serves as the executive sponsor for Tenet’s African American employee resource group, where she supports key diversity and inclusion programs for the enterprise.
Most recently, Donita served as a regional vice president in the DFW area. Prior to joining USPI in 2015, she worked for many years in different operational leadership roles within healthcare. That includes MedStar Washington Hospital Center, which is the No. 1 Trauma Center in Washington DC, Mission Hospital in North Carolina and Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital near Houston.
Donita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Physical Therapy from Ohio University and a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas Woman’s University.
