Lori Faries

Lori Faries is an experienced recruitment professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various talent acquisition and HR roles. Currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. since June 2023, Lori has previously held significant positions at Health First, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Client Services Manager, and Delivery Lead Clinical Recruitment Operations from November 2014 to June 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Talent and HR Operations at Central Florida Health Alliance and Senior Nurse Recruiter at Health First.
