Wendy Daniels holds extensive experience in customer experience and strategic management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Strategy at the United States Postal Service since May 2005. Throughout a successful tenure at the organization, Wendy has occupied numerous leadership roles, including Executive Manager of Enterprise Customer Care Support and IT Program Manager, with responsibilities spanning customer care, operations, and technology integration. Prior to this, Wendy held managerial positions at Capital Business Solutions, ICF/Arthur D. Little, and General Dynamics/PRC. Wendy earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from East Carolina University between 1990 and 1994.
