Kathy Camou

Kathy Nagley Camou has over three decades of experience at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), beginning in June 1991. Currently, Kathy serves as Branch Chief in the Leadership Development Branch of the Enterprise Training Division, focusing on developing leadership training programs. Previously, Kathy held various roles within the HR department, including Program Manager for the After Work Education Program and the Enterprise-wide Mentoring Program, as well as providing advisory services on human capital issues and employee relations. Kathy's educational qualifications include completing the Excellence in Government Fellows Program in Leadership from the Partnership for Public Service and earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Shepherd University.
