Matt Cynamon

Matt Cynamon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, education, and technology. Currently serving as a Network member at Union Square Ventures since January 2019, Cynamon previously held the position of Interim Head of Talent at La French Tech, where efforts were focused on attracting top global tech talent to French Tech companies. As a Founding Team Member at Circl.es, Cynamon contributed to software and workshop development designed to enhance team connectivity. With a strong background at General Assembly, Cynamon held multiple roles including Global Director of Alumni and Regional Director for the UK and Germany, where responsibilities included creating impactful educational experiences. Cynamon holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy from Northwestern University and has furthered education at the New York Film Academy.
