Marissa K. Benavidez

Marissa K. Benavidez, MSHA, has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Manager of Finance and Administration for the Divisions of Pulmonology and Gastroenterology at UT Health San Antonio since January 2017. Previous roles at UT Health include Practice Manager for the Geriatrics & Supportive Care Clinic and Business Administrator for the School of Medicine. Benavidez also held positions as Office Manager and Employment Coordinator in the School of Nursing. Prior experience includes serving as Medical Records Coordinator at Lehman Dermatology Clinic from January 2013 to July 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
