Brad Winn has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Brad started their career in 2009 at Utah State University, where they worked as a Leadership & Strategy Practice Professor and Executive MBA Director. Brad was involved in various areas such as executive influence, leading change, negotiation, and organizational virtuousness. In 2011, they joined the SHRM Executive Network as a Senior Editor for the People + Strategy Journal. In 2017, they took on the role of Theory to Practice at the Academy of Management. Brad Winn also has political experience, having served as a Legislator in the Utah House of Representatives from 2008 to 2009.

Brad Winn obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan in 1996. Brad also completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University.
