Prior experience includes significant positions at Microsoft in Emerging Technology & Digitization, Chief Information Officer at Phoenix Parts, and Chief Executive Officer at Proaxis Corporation. Chouinard co-founded Casierra Media and began a career in aviation, working as a Cargo/Air Ambulance Pilot and Pipeline Pilot prior to transitioning into technology and business leadership roles.
