Utex Industries has manufacturing facilities totally more than 700,000 square feetof space throughout nine divisions in Texas and Europe. It acquired Applied Rubber Technology in 1994, AccuSeal in 1999, CAM Speciality Products and DuraQuest in 2008, and Arefco in 2011. Founded in 1969 as the successor of Universal Packing and Gasket, its headquarters is in Houston in Texas in the United States, with branches in Britain, Singapore, and Brazil.
