Alicia Barton

Alicia Barton serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Vineyard Offshore since December 2023, focusing on advancing offshore wind energy in the United States with projects in New York, New England, and California. Previously, Alicia held the role of Chief Executive Officer at NYSERDA from June 2017 to June 2020 and served in various leadership capacities, including Chief of Operations for Global Utility at SunEdison and CEO and Executive Director at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Alicia's board experience includes positions with Utilidata and FirstLight Power, and Alicia's legal expertise was developed during time as Counsel at Foley Hoag LLP and as Deputy Counsel General. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University and a Doctor of Law from Boston College Law School.
