Kathleen Cain

Kathleen Cain is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading various initiatives within the utility and manufacturing sectors. Since December 2015, Kathleen has been the PMO Director and Senior Project Manager at UDC, focusing on Systems Integration projects for the Electric and Gas Utility Industry. Prior to this role, Kathleen held several positions at Ingersoll Rand, including Program Manager for NPD and Strategic programs, Sales Operations Project Manager for customer implementations and logistics, and IT Project Manager overseeing strategic IT projects. Earlier career roles include IT Process Lead at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies and Senior Manager of Implementation and Configuration at Kaplan Financial. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography with a Concentration in Hazards from Austin Peay State University.
