Roxana Grey has a diverse work experience in various roles related to CRM operations and campaign management. Roxana is currently working as the Head of CRM Operations at Utility Warehouse, where they are responsible for managing and developing the CRM Operations Team. Prior to this, they worked at Moneysupermarket Group as a Senior CRM Data Manager and Senior Campaign Services Manager, where they managed teams, designed and built data-driven campaigns, and optimized campaign delivery processes. Roxana also worked at News UK as a Campaign Delivery Manager, overseeing the migration of campaigns and improving ROI through better targeting. Additionally, Roxana has experience in campaign management and data strategy at TalkTalk and MoneySuperMarket.com. Roxana also briefly worked at Metropolitan Police and SPACEBAR MEDIA LIMITED in database administration roles and at VRL Financial News as a CRM & Database Executive.

Roxana Grey attended Verhoef Training Ltd in 2013, earning a Certificate in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Introduction to Querying. In 2011, they studied at SAS Institute, completing the SAS Programming Essentials for Experienced SAS Enterprise Guide Users course. From 2007 to 2009, Roxana pursued a Master of Arts degree in English Literature at the University of Westminster. Roxana also obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Literature with a minor in French Literature from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu between 1999 and 2003.
