Melanie Gregory

Melanie Gregory has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as HCSS Associate Recruiter/Sourcer for Correctional Managed Care at UTMB Healthcare Systems, Inc. since March 2022, where responsibilities include screening applicants and developing candidate pools using advanced sourcing techniques. Previously, Melanie held roles at UTMB as HCSS Human Resources Senior Recruiter, overseeing full cycle recruitment for various clinical and operational positions. At Baylor College of Medicine from October 2013 to March 2022, Melanie was involved in talent acquisition for Ambulatory Clinical Operations, working closely with leadership to fill challenging roles. Initial roles included Talent Acquisition Associate and Specialist, where full cycle recruitment and job posting responsibilities were managed. Prior experience includes management and recruitment roles at Barnes & Noble College Booksellers. Melanie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resources Development from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
