Jeff Ardley is an experienced finance and investment professional with a robust background in managing operations, finance projects, and transformational initiatives within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Investments at Utmost Group since January 2020, Jeff previously held roles including Finance Manager and Head of Unit-Linked Business at Equitable Life Assurance Society, where significant accomplishments included the recapture of £2bn in Unit Linked funds. Jeff has also worked as a Director at Invalogic Limited, overseeing people and financial management and as an Associate at Knadel, providing consultancy in investment management. An extensive career has been marked by roles at State Street Bank as Vice President, at Lloyds Banking Group managing a large team in Investment Accounting Operations, and at HBOS PLC in senior finance management positions.
