Alina Truhina is an accomplished executive in the venture capital and asset management sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at The Radical Fund since December 2022, which focuses on climate adaptation and decarbonisation solutions in Southeast Asia. Alina has also held the position of Partner at Utopia Capital Management since May 2023 and has been a Co-Founder and Board member at Founders Factory Africa since October 2018, where efforts are concentrated on scaling businesses across the continent. Previous roles include Director of Partnerships & Growth at A2B, Corporate Partnerships Manager at SPRING Accelerator, Vice Chair of the Women's Business Society, and Partnerships & Communications Associate at The World Bank. Alina began a career in media communications at MediaCom and MindShare. Education includes a Master in International Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute and a Bachelor in Media and Communications from the University of Melbourne.
