Bala Kumaran

Bala Kumaran has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. They started their career as an HR Executive at Dot Com Infoway Limited in July 2011, where they were responsible for sourcing resumes, handling recruitment, issuing offer letters, and onboarding new employees. They then moved on to Sri Mookambika Infosolutions in February 2014, where they worked as an HR Generalist and were involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and negotiating terms. In August 2015, Bala joined Aspiring Minds as an HR Manager, but their tenure was short-lived as they transitioned to their current role as the Human Resources Lead at Utopia Global, Inc. in October 2015.

Bala Kumaran started their education at Madurai Kamaraj University in 2005 and completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce in 2008. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and HR at Anna University from 2008 to 2010.
