Alexia Carré

Alexia Carré is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Utrecht University since February 2023, following a PhD in Immunology from Université Paris Cité completed in December 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a PhD Student at Univ Paris Diderot from October 2019 to November 2022, and a Biology Engineer at INSERM from September 2017 to September 2019, focusing on the peptidome of beta cells infected with Coxsackievirus. Prior internships at The Scripps Research Institute involved research on neutrophil degranulation mechanisms, while earlier roles at Horizon Discovery and the Donnelly Centre for Cellular and Biomolecular Research included work on CRISPR/Cas9 technology and the development of synthetic human antibodies, respectively. Academic credentials encompass a Master's in High Throughput Approaches for Biotechnology and an Engineer's Degree in Biotechnology from ESBS, along with a DUT in Biology from Université Louis Pasteur.
