Jake Reid

Jake Reid has a long and varied work experience. Jake started their career in 2002 as a High Speed Data Specialist at Charter Communication. In 2003, they moved to Bank of America Merchant Services, where they served as an IS Implementations Lead. In 2005, they joined New Age Technologies, where they served as an IS Deployment Technical Lead. Jake then moved up to Technical Project Manager at the same company in 2007. In 2011, they joined Ettain Group (client: Community Health Systems) as a Project Manager, Infrastructure Engineering. In 2016, they began working at Twitch as a Technical Program Manager II, Global Infrastructure. In 2019, they joined Amount, where they served as a Product Manager, Developer Experience, Manager, Technical Operations Project Management Team, and Technical Project Manager, Cloud Infrastructure. Finally, in 2022, they began working at Uturn Data Solutions as a Technical Project Manager, PMO Lead.

Jake Reid obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Network Administration from Sullivan University of Technology and Design between 2000 and 2002. Jake also obtained the MCSE 2000 certification from Microsoft in June 2001, the A+ Certified certification from Comp TIA in December 2000, the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2019, and is currently working towards the Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification from Scrum.org and the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from PMI - Project Management Institute.
