Brandi Gonzalez, PHR, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brandi is currently serving as the Strategic People Director at UW Credit Union since July 2022. Prior to this role, Brandi worked at Fiserv, where they held various positions including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, Sr. Benefit Analyst, and Benefits Analyst from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Fiserv, they worked as a Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at Horizon Home Care & Hospice from 2015 to 2017. Brandi also served as an HR Generalist at Huf North America from 2012 to 2014, at CapTel, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, at Doral, A DentaQuest Company from 2006 to 2008, and at Derco Aerospace from 2000 to 2006, where they held the position of Payroll, Benefits, & Compliance Coordinator.
Brandi Gonzalez, PHR, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University, which was obtained in 2006. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources. In October 2018, Brandi earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Brandi further advanced their expertise by obtaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HRCI in January 2023.
