Sheila was responsible for developing and managing HR strategies for multiple segments within the company and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Sheila also has experience working at Oscar Mayer Foods Corp and Kraft Manufacturing, where they held various HR roles.

Sheila Milton PCC, CPC, ELI-MP holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in April 2023, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation in December 2019, an iPEC Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching in January 2019, a Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in September 2017. Sheila also possesses knowledge and experience in the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument and Korn Ferry Voices® 360 Feedback Facilitation and Coaching, although the institutions and dates of those certifications are not provided.
